OSX does not allow Bluetooth-based internet sharing (you could do it via the command line through ppp in the past, no longer supported on Tiger though). Your best bet is to either buy a wifi router or use a bluetooth-enabled computer to share internet via WiFi (easier to do that with the Mac, it's only a click away). You can use your Mac to direct WiFi to other clients, so you can get the Nokia770 access the internet.
