Will there be a webcast? If so, will it be in a format one can play with Free (Libre) Software?
If you don't already have it arranged, perhaps it's not too late to get in touch with the people who have recorded various GNOME and FISL (Brazilian Free Software) conferences. They had live Ogg Theora+Vorbis feeds and have set up archives.
The folks at York Student TV have set up Fluendo's Java-based Ogg Theora+Vorbis player on their website at http://ystv.york.ac.uk/watch/ which is great if you don't have VideoLAN Client, Helix Player, Totem, or any other Ogg Theora+Vorbis player handy.
There was, surprisingly, a webcast on Saturday. A community came through for us in a big way to fill that vacuum, so we will have theora archives of the conferences on Saturday, including the fun we had getting Andy Fitzsimon's conference going (funny story, I'll tell it sometime).
