I am so proud that the Fedora Project did this - and not solely because I am a Fedora user, but because it is one of many positive signs that Free Software, in general, is a community that seeks to support what is good for everyone, and not just their own interests. I was already glowing thinking about the move for KDE & Gnome to hold a join convention next year, and this move (and the response from you) makes me feel every better.

There is plenty of room for cooperation even where differences exist. I am looking forward to seeing more efforts like this.
