I made some nice changes to this dialog. Compare This new screenshot against this old screenshot.

I saw some cheesy VHS tape last night with Alexander Markov playing 24 Paganini Caprices. The performance was really cool, but I think the true greatness of this was the video editing. They did lots of unnecessary zooms, cuts, shots of shadows, shots of boring audience members, and weird mirror effects. You’d see Markov playing, then a little round spot showing his left hand would open up on a corner of the screen, then another would open in another corner of the screen, then another, and another. They would all be focused on his left hand from different angles, and if we were lucky one or two would be in slow-motion, just in case you want to steal Markov’s fingerings! One part showed three or four images of Markov; one was the original, and each next one was smaller. It reminds me of those little toys that you can open up and each contains a copy of the larger one, only in this case each one was playing a Paganini caprice. I also think that the fact that the audio/video were not synchronized certainly added a little charm to it!
