Mariana was born on October 20, 17:26h (GMT -3). Since then, her father does not sleep well at night.

As most of you know, the MC is the team responsible for deciding on the inclusion of new members in the GNOME Foundation.

Recently, we had some difficult moments, and few people to do the work. Talking about it with Diego (dieguito), we decided to make this call for volunteers.

If you have free time (only a few minutes per day) and are willing to help, read about the work we do in http://live.gnome.org/MembershipCommittee and feel welcome to send me a mail (brunobol at gnome dot org) with a brief story about you and your relation with GNOME. Membership Committee is not a big team (5 people), but we have a great responsibility.

The requirements to be part of the Membership Committee are:

• be a GNOME lover;
• have some free time;
• be a member of the GNOME Foundation.

We don’t know if will be male or female, but certainly will love GNOME.

• Pedro (if male)
• Mariana (if female)

I need these sounds:

• A (red, upper right, frequency=110Hz);
• A (green, upper left, an octave higher than the upper right);
• D (blue, lower right, a perfect fourth higher than the upper right);
• G (yellow, lower left, a perfect fourth higher than the lower right).

All the sounds must have 2 versions: a duration of 300 miliseconds and another with 400 miliseconds.

How can I add some global keybindings in a GTK+ application? Something like GNOME-do does…

Dear Masters of the Coding Art,

What is the best way to draw the SVG (please keep in mind I’m writing a game) into the widget? Using LibRSVG and GdkPixbuf (as in Monkey-Bubble) or using rsvg_handle_render_cairo? Thanks for your very welcome help.

Also, I left the direct drawing on Cairo to use librsvg (which can bring up different themes for the game). I’m not a good artist, so what you think about the default theme?
