Refurbished old patch for GnomeVFS volume editing:
GNOME bug 316403. Also includes a volume editing GUI. Enjoyed hacking.

I talked about the GnomeVFS backend, not about the user interface. If I’m informed correctly, the frontend will look a lot like the “Connect to Server” dialog.

Clarification: The patch includes a GTK+ testing GUI (an editable list of volumes), not a Nautilus GUI (which is the ultimate goal, of course.
