I’m Diego Escalante Urrelo. Known on IRC as diegoe.
I’ve been a GNOME groupie since the 2.2 days, but a code contributor since 2.14. My first patches were reviewed by Lucas Rocha (hey Lucas!), who deserves a medal for answering all my newbie questions. Later I got involved in Epiphany, where Christian Persch and others started to enjoy my enormous repertoire of questions. They also deserve medals :).
I’ve hacked some Epiphany Extensions, also I give talks sometimes about Free Software and related stuff. You can find more nice things on my home page.
I’m from Lima, Perú. That’s in South América. I can speak Spanish and English, I also have a basic notion of Portuguese so I can ask for the bathroom.
I’m a great fan of sports, specially soccer. I like to play them and watch them. I’m a devoted fan of FC Barcelona.
