First stable version of Aravis

After 810 commits over almost 3 years, I’ve released the first stable version of Aravis.

It can be downloaded here:

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/aravis/0.2

I think this library is in a pretty good shape now, and should be useful for everyone trying to control Genicam based cameras.

Hi, I am confusing what’s the difference between your Aravis and genicam reference implementation? Thanks.

Aravis is not an implementation of the Genicam API. It has just some similarities. It understand most of the Genicam XML device feature description. It also provides an implementation of the gigabit ethernet transport layer.
