Superb... this sounds like a great win-win approach. Groups focused on polishing the distro from a particular angle... and the distro as a whole benefits.

@jonathan: Thanks, I'll do ;-)

@foo: Actually, that was the first thing we did, a small patch for live-helper from Debian, which is already integrated, and we have added one feature (gfxboot support) that we like to integrate.
When the module be well tested, we'll send it to the maintainers.

How about contributing to Debian instead!? Then every Debian-derived distro will get your improvements. Don't forget to send patches upstream.

@Daniel Holbach: I'm glad you here and alive. I know you won the battle with all those bugs out there ;-)
I didn't want to bother you last week because I know you were pretty busy with the jam, but when you can I'll be happy to talk about it and try to figure out how we can do the things better.

@lgs: Thanks Loren, we'll try to give more visibility to our projects so they can be useful to more people. Your contribution as well. That project is already imported to Launchpad ;-)

It's great to hear the new Guadalinex is going to work closer with Ubuntu. I don't use Ubuntu and my work for Guadalinex is old (DNI electrónico) but I'm very excited with this kind of news because I truly agree this is the way free software projects should be done.

Good luck Juanje!!

Good work! I'm really excited about this.

Can we have a call about this and figure out what the biggest problems are? I know that you guys are doing great work and I'd be happy to try to ease the pain for all of us. :-)
