Not often do I compile my apps from trunk (well, since Ubuntu anyways). This has me ready to break out a custom build.
EOG has been one of my favorite gnome apps since it started getting some love a few releases back. Thank you, eog team!

Awesome, EOG has always been a cracking app and I'm surprised it could be made even better.
Cheers for the hard work!

I'm sorry if this isn't the proper request channel for Eog features, but I don't know why in EOG one can't rotate a picture so that it stays that way. In Windows, when I rotate a photo the app saves it in the new rotation, but Eog doesn't alter it in any way.
I was wondering if such a feature would be better when using rotation.
Thanks

Can't thank you enough for all this great work. As an amateur photographer, EOG really comes in handy when sorting through photos. Thanks!

Miguel,
There's already an enhancement request about it[1]. You can write your comments on the matter there, the more input we get, the better for the solution to the problem.
[1] http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=338138
