Instead of nagging, perhaps you should make it worth their while. Make a goofy karma system. The winner gets ice cream from vincent at guadec.

Write an application that shows:
   - Which modules have updated their roadmaps
   - Which modules are updated fastest on average
   - Which modules haven&#039;t updated their roadmaps
   - Maintainer information for the top 15 with a little blurb they can fill out on why their project is awesome

Then make sure to post the results every so often on p.g.o. Take damed lies as an example.
