		<description>Actually there is a NATO agreement under which all Nato members are supposed to try to move their military budget towards 2% of BNP (if I remember correctly). Currerntly only the US and Turkey are at that level, but due to this NATO agreement maybe the other states would increase their spending too, like Spain.</description>
