The "themeing community" which you are alluding too is already well served by other websites. I don't see any point in replicating this service unless we can add some substantial value over the current offerings. My idea was to primarily focus on helping artists and designers contribute to the GNOME community, and secondly provide a gallery of the best themes and artwork to complement GNOME.
