		<description>The Gstreamer suggestion sounds like a good one, particularly since Gstreamer already supports MNG (Muliple Network Graphics) which is intended to provided an alternative to Animated GIF.  If I recall correctly Animated PNG was never supposed to happen and only started because some were dissatisfied with the complexity of MNG.&lt;p/&gt;What is Rapicorn by the way?</description>
