It is however clear that Gaeta falls victim to his own anger and bitterness. It's just different point of views, and with a bit of empathy you could understand why each character does what it does, and nothing really seems "wrong", unless you consider the big picture, which no one in the series has, and that's exactly how it would happen in real life.
