I’ve been close to the OpenWengo project, and continue to follow the development and mailing list. I wish Vadim all the best as maintainer.

Joel Spolsky’s take on the IE8 decision to go with “standards mode” by default. The issue is not black & white. I have no sympathy for Microsoft who have put web developers in the position of needing IE hacks to make pages work everywhere.
