That may be a Humphead Wrasse (see wikipedia for another photo).

I’m a chemist/hobbyist programmer not marine biologist but I remember seeing something like this at an aquarium. It was a wrasse, so I looked that up and found this one:
In South Africa we call that a Red Stumpnose, assuming the orangey/yellow stripes were actually bright red in real-life
And the winner is… bmg. Yes, the stripes were that bright, and the pic was taken in the Two Oceans Aquarium in Cape Town, so local knowledge wins the day 🙂
As to why I’m asking– just getting around to giving all my honeymoon photos from two years ago proper titles 🙂

Some sort of Lantern’s Fish perhaps?
