The most cited paper “describing” the waterfall model argues against using it. Way to go with the sources. Oh the pain misreading an article has caused to software development. (Craig Larman visited us and gave an introduction to Agile methods today.)

When we got down to some of the process details, the process was SCRUM, yes. But otherwise I think it was rather general.
I briefly checked what is available at wikipedia — http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agile_software_development — there are at least some others… Feature driven development does not really look what was presented today…
