If you’re a lesbian and a man is hitting on you at a bar, “I’m sorry, but I’m gay,” is an acceptable response.

If you’re a (shallowly) closeted Hollywood A-lister and have just been accused of groping a 14 year old boy, “I’m sorry, but I’m gay,” is wholly unacceptable.

Amirite?
