Rumor has it that ekiga might be willing to add PulseAudio support to their cross-platform version, as long as they get all the help necessary to make it happen smoothly. No secret meeting is expected to take place since it’s a libre software using open protocols (notice the plural), but interested PulseAudio community member can get in touch whenever they want!
