“XKB suxx” (c)

2:50 am xkeyboard-config

In case if your layout switching using 2 Alt keys (default in GNOME) is broken (for example, in the Ubunty Hardy) – there is a good chance xkeyboard-config has nothing to do with it. Most probably, you see consequences of that bug.

All I know is that colemak doesn’t work right yet. The caps as backspace option doesn’t even /exist/.

..besides that, I don’t know all too much about xkb.

It sort of semi-works for me, just won’t switch away from the default layout but clicking the applet for the seconds one I can use the keyboard to get to the 3:rd and 4:th and back to default where is stops again.

Thanks for letting us know. I was wondering what happened. I am using right super key for layout switching.
