After looking at my screenshot of the Empathy accounts dialog yesterday, compared with the GNOME Online Accounts dialog, I realised that the Empathy dialog was missing the attractive GNOME 3 add/remove buttons.
Fixed it using Bastien’s patch from Totem:

“Rendez-Vous”.
Otherwise, I hate this “on/off” switch widget. Is it “on” or “off” in your example ?
Rendezjour: it’s like rendezvous + bonjour (this is an in-joke)
In what example do you mean?
@Danielle: I think Xav means the on/off switch at the screen shot. I find these switches quite confusing too. The label of the switch can have two meanings, either it shows the action or the status. If it shows the action than the switch at the screen shot would indicate that the account is “off” and you can witch in “on” by clicking the button. On the other hand if the label shows the status than the account is already “on” and by clicking on the switch I would switch the account “off”.
@Bjoern: the account is enabled, hence it is blue. If it was off it would be muted grey (like this).
I like the switches because they create a visual distinction between settings and things that will be “turned on”.
Please, don’t do it. These on/off buttons are ugly!
