It was just announced that I’m giving a keynote at linux.conf.au in Ballarat, Australia in January. I really can’t wait – I’ve heard such good things about this conference in the past. Registration is already open and the draft schedule looks amazing.

    I’m so pleased to see you’re keynoting linux.conf.au! I loved your keynote at OSCON and was sorry it was so short – Really looking forward to hear you speak in Jan.

    Hi Karen, we’re absolutely over the moon to have you keynote the conference. The reaction from the community both here and overseas to the announcement has been nothing but positive – there is so much interest at the moment in open source law given the current heat around patents and New Zealand’s ACTA. Very much looking forward to meeting such an inspirational character!
