Sorry, haven’t done much lately that’s worth writing about. I’ve been too distracted by my pocket full of awesome.

Talk of the devil. Yesterday, I got out Full Throttle for the first time in a few years (ran it in ScummVM). Games back then were absolutely gold.

Oh man. I play that a lot on my N800. I have all of them Monkey Island 1, Monkey Island 2, and Monkey Island 3. Monkey Island 4 doesn’t work because it is 3D.

I have yet to try Grim Fandango which is one of the best adventure games I have ever played.

@Jeremy: Actually, they weren’t. Many people bashed Full Throttle when it was released, that it is too short and not holding up to the standards of the old adventure games.

Yeah, both Grim Fandango and MI4 use the GRIME engine, which isn’t supported in scummvm. There is, however, an effort trying to create an equivalent cross-platform engine so that us *NIXers get to travel with Manny again.
