The “Free Hugs”-clip is terrific! Comparable to things we are familiar with – to some extend – in the OpenSource-community (and not restricted to pure sourcecode I may add).
Reading up on this movie you also listed, makes me consider this to try it out and see what happens.

I truly despise movies with sad endings. If I wanted reality, I wouldn’t have gone to watch a movie.
